Verification and Validation

The How versus The What.

Validation is a yes or no question. Asking if the projec met the requirements by the clients in a satisfactorily way or not. Simple as that. Although it is recommended that the validation is done in every step of the process. We may find that if we do it at the end and it is not a valid product, we need to change a whole lot of things.

Verification is a process in which through every iteration, we check the product and see if it met our planning.  In all iterations is important to ask ourselve the question “Is this the way we are suppose to be doing it?” obviously is not up to you to decide, its up to the client.
